- Añadimos al sofrito la calabaza cortada en dados, rectificamos de sal
- Quitamos las lentejas, la carne y las hierbas aromáticas de la olla
- Vertemos el refrito en el caldo y trituramos muy bien.
- Ponemos las lentejas en otro caldero, mojamos con el caldo hasta cubrirlas, añadimos las costillas ya cortadas una a una y dejamos que mezclen sabores unos cinco minutos a fuego lento
