- Tortitas
- 1 kg patatas
- 120 g harina de arroz
- 1/2 cdta nuez moscada en polvo
- 1/2 cdta cúrcuma en polvo
- 1 pizca pimienta negra en polvo
- Ingredientes relleno
- 1/2 cebolla
- 3 dientes ajo
- 1/2 pimiento rojo
- 1/2 pimiento verde
- 1/2 calabacín
- 50 g champiñones
- 50 g calabaza
- 2 cdas AOVE
- Crema de anacardos (Yo usé de avellanas y de cacahuete)

- Pelamos y cortamos la patatas y las cocemos 20' (yo las hice al vapor en Thermomix)
- Picamos todas las verduras
- Añadimos el AOVE en una sartén grande y lo calentamos. Después añadimos la cebolla y dejamos que se dore 5 minutos
- Añadimos los ajos y los dejamos un par de minutos
- Añadimos el resto de verduras y las cocinamos 15 minutos más
- Escurrimos las patatas. Ponemos la nuez moscada, la cúrcuma y la pimienta en povo
- Las hacemos puré con un prensa patatas o con un tenedor
- Añadimos la harina de arroz y la mezclamos hasta tener una masa homogénea y moldeable
- Dividimos la mezcla en bolas de 120g
- A cada bola le quitamos un trozo de masa y reservamos
- Hacemos una cavidad en la bola en introducimos 1 cda de verditas y 1 de crema de anacardos (o la que uses)
- La masa que reservamos, la cogemos, hacemos una bola y luego la aplanamos con las manos. Con ella cubrimos la tortita y sellamos dando forma de tortita
- Las doramos en la sartén a fuego medio por cada lado un par de minutos. Yo las hice en el horno 25' a 190º, pero creo que la opción de la sartén hubiera sido más acertada.
- Podéis rellenarlas de lo que queráis. Poner otras verduras, añadir queso en vez de crema, o salsa de tomate, lo que más os apetezca. Incluso podéis hacerlas de boniato en vez de patata
- A mi como me sobraron, en el segundo día les he puesto salmón ahumado por encima y les puse salsa de yogur de mango (Receta mía anterior de salmón con salsa de mango y yogur) y estaban buenísimas.
