- Añádele las especies: esto va al gusto, yo le he puesto una cucharada de postre de curry, una de cúrcuma, una de ajo en polvo, un poco de pimienta negra y sal. Remueve bien para que mezcle los sabores (2’ y apaga el fuego). Dejar reposar. Mientras pones la masa de hojaldre al horno(ahora a 180 grados) para que vaya cociéndose. Solo 5’



- Ahora esparces las verduras por encima y le pones un poco de queso para gratinar. Al horno unos 8’, mira que no se tueste, todo ya está cocido.
