- Cuando hayamos cubierto la olla con el vaso de agua y la pastilla, añadimos sal, pimienta y una pizca de nuez moscada
- Dejamos que cueza, si vemos que el agua se evapora demasiado rápido y la calabaza aún no está tierna añadimos un poco de agua (a mí nunca me a echo falta, pero también es el espesor que se le quiera dar)
- Una vez que veamos que la calabaza está blandita (nunca dejar que se quede sin agua para que se pueda batir) retiramos del fuego, lo volcamos en la batidora y añadimos los dos quesitos light y procedemos a batirlo) si crees que te a quedado demasiado espeso puedes añadirle un poco de más agua, pero con los pasos que doy en esta receta se queda una crema súper suave.
