  10. Añade la pimienta blanca, la nuez mocada y la sal. Remueve para que se integren y ¡lista!
  11. Añade un poco de bechamel a las verduras reservadas para que queden más jugosas.
  12. MONTAJE: Pinta el fondo de la fuente para horno con un poco de bechamel para que las placas no se peguen. Monta la lasaña alternando una capa de pasta y una de verduras.
  13. Cubre la lasaña montada con bechamel y espolvorea un poco de parmesano por encima para que gratine. Hornéala durante 20 minutos y ¡lista!
