- Sacar el lomo y reservar para que se enfríe un poco sin la salsa.
- Eliminar el ajo de la mezcla de las verduras. Con la salsa que se ha creado durante la cocción y las verduras batirlo todo y reservar.
- Ahora que el lomo ya estará más frío, se cortará en rodajas de grosor medio y se introducirá al horno con la salsa por encima.
- Mantener en el horno a unos 200ºC durante 20 min.
