- Lavamos, pelamos y cortamos las patatas y a la olla también. Pelamos la cebolla y la cortamos solo a cuatro trozos para que no se desintegre mucho. Juntamos los ingredientes y cerramos la olla.
- Cuando empiece a salir vapor, bajamos a fuego medio y esperamos 10 minutos. Al finalizar éstos, apagamos el fuego y esperamos a que salga todo el vapor sin forzar.
- Cuando ya podamos abrir la olla, trituramos todo, mezclamos con los quesitos y ya tenemos nuestra crema!
