  1. Vamos a comenzar picando bien el pimiento y la cebolla, que vamos a sofreír con un chorrito de aove
  2. Mientras tanto, pelamos la calabaza y quitamos las pepitas. Cortamos a trocitos pequeños para que se haga antes.
  3. Una vez la cebolla y los pimientos comiencen a dorar, añadimos la calabaza y continuamos sofriendo
  4. Dejamos hacer todo junto hasta que la calabaza comience a cambiar de color y se empiece a hacer. Añadimos los ajos picaditos
  5. Cuando la calabaza esté dorada y empiece a estar blandita, añadimos el tomate pelado, sin pepitas y en trocitos. Seguimos cocinando junto hasta que el tomate se ligue con el resto de los ingredientes.
  6. Añadimos el caldo y dejamos cocinar todo junto unos 15 minutos hasta que la calabaza esté blandita y el caldo haya reducido. Añadimos las especias (podéis modificarlas al gusto)
