    Pon un poco de harina en la superficies donde vayas a estirar la masa para que no se pegue. Corta la calabaza en rodajas muy finas.
  4. Una vez estirado el primer trozo, lo ponemos en la bandeja del horno sobre un papel vegetal. Ponemos encima la calabaza cortada muy fina, azúcar y canela según gusto y aceite de oliva Virgen extra.
  5. Tapamos con otro trozo de masa que tengamos estirado y echamos azúcar y aceite por encima
  6. Meter al horno precalentado 10 min, a 180° y lo tendremos 30 min aprox. Depende del horno
  7. Lo podéis tomar templado o frío. A mí me gusta reposado de un día a otro. Coge mejor los sabores.
