- Las berenjenas ya estarán sacando agua, con servilletas de papel las secan para que absorba el agua extra de la berenjena. Pasamos cada rodaja por la huevada, luego por pan rallado (yo rallé pan duro con el rallador de queso. Si no tienen pan rallado puedo aprovechar el pan duro) luego por el huevo de nuevo y una última pasada por pan rallado. Así nos aseguramos que esté bien cubierto.
